I’m currently pursuing a master’s in Speech Language Pathology; I consider myself a impassioned life-long learner, and I also see it as a logical progression of my work as an artist.
As a dialect coach, I started to work with folx who weren’t just looking to change their vowels for an accent, but who needed help finding a true voice for THEM. I got into theater because I loved stories and believed they carried a certain power. Our personal stories are just as powerful, and need to be communicated authentically. Speech Language Pathologists focus on making effective communication - a human right - accessible and achievable for all.
M.S. in Speech Language Pathology expected in May 2027, Certificate of Clinical Competence to follow!
